my favorite POTATO FRIES!
                             My POTATO FRIES!

        They say that eating junk food is like smoking because of its bad effects in the body. they say that eating junk food can cause diabetes, high cholesterol and heart diseases etc. 
     
        But I can't help it i want it and eat it. Potato fries really relieve my stress. When writing this i remember last month I received 8 potato fries from my friends as their pasalubong to me. My friends attended their Y4it that was held in UP Diliman for 5 days. I say to them that I don't want such material things as their pasalubong to me all i want is Potato Fries. They just smile. The day of their arrival I received 10 pieces of potato fries. The potato fries that I was holding in the picture was the first one and the rest i put it on my closet.

           A simple request from a girl who who really love Potato Fries.

_a cup of coffee first before surfing the internet_

Coffee is important to everyone because it give strength that it release stress in our body. That is why I love coffee. I can't start my day without drinking a cup of coffee but there are few days that i drink a cup of coffee three or four cups per day. I really love coffee sometimes I put it to my rice, drink coffee  even if it is too hot, drink coffee anytime i want.

Ang walang katapusang meatloaf sagot sa mga estudyanteng nagboboard. Ganto ang isang categorya ko ang mahalin ang canned goods especially the meatloaf.

meatloaf plus egg wala pang rice yan.... i consider this as one of the delicious food especially when i don't have allowance.


     

Ginataang Lubi-Lubi

Ginataang lubi-lubi na masiram kaunon pag ang saimong maluto may tutong tutong tapos nakakamot ka habang nagakaon sabayan pa ning panulak na coca- cola.. siram sana

Mga Sahog:
1 bundle, lubi-lubi leaves
1 teaspoon Alamang
1/4 kl. liempo
3 cups cocnut milk
onion
garlic


Ingredients 

Only the young leaves of lubi-lubi
Slice the leaves into three or for and then place it in a pot.
And then add a teaspoon of bagoong alamang, that followed by the garlic and the oinion.
Put the liempo and the coconut milk.
Cover the pot and then wait for a few minutes to cook.
And then checked if the lubi-lubi is soft and ready to eat and then put a seasoning to meat your desired taste.


REMINDER:


Lubi-lubi leaves can be tough when it is mature that is why young leaves is appropriate to cook

A table with delicious food like this ..

Spaghetti ( na may nakakakit na kulay at sauce na kay sarap tignan)
Siopao (malalaking siopao, na mala -ulap ang kulay,isag titig mo lang halatang siksik ang karne sa kaloob looban)
Fresh Lumpia(nakaayus ng bonggang- bongga sa platito na may dahon ng kung anung halaman)
Siomai (na may kasamang toyo na may kalamansi bilang sawsawan)
Cup of Rice (in case of di ka pa busog meron pang-pandagdag upang wag magreklamo ang tiyan)
Fried Chicken (malaman na hita na may golden brown na kulay ng balat at may kaaya-ayang fragrance na nakakatakam)
Coca Cola (nagyeyelong, na nakalagay sa matangkad na baso,pagtinitigan muhpinagpapawisan dahil sa sobrang lamig na nakuha niya sa kayang pinanggalingan *Refrigerator* )

The EGG TART (egg custard tart) in Hong Kong, EGG PIE in Philippines



The best tart that can only be seen in Hong Kong in Tae Cheongs restaurants. let us just see what's the ingredients and how to prepare it.
   In Bicol we have here "Pili tart".



Ingredients
Pastry:
Flour 450g
Sugar 110g
Evaporated milk 2 teaspoons
Margarine 110g
Butter 110g

Egg Custard Filling:
Water 450ml
Evaporated milk 200ml
Sugar 450g
Egg 4pcs 


Pre-heat the baking oven to 300°C


Method
Pastry: 
1. Mix all pastry ingredients and knead it into a dough
2. Refrigerate the dough for 2 hours, re-knead it before use
3. Roll out the dough and cut it to small dough balls, then press the balls into the tart shells.
4. Pour the egg custard filling into the shells. Bake it 5 minutes until the pastry turns gold brown, then bake for another 15 minutes at 150°C 

Egg Custard Filling: 
1. Dissolve the sugar in the boiling water, set it aside to cool down
2. Stir in the egg, evaporated milk with the cold sugar water
3. Sieve the mixture and refrigerate it for 30 minutes before pouring it into the shells with pastry on
